📜 Poseidon Scripts - Binding Rules

Please read these rules carefully before purchasing any scripts.

📝 Introduction

When we say we, us, our, and Poseidon Scripts in these terms, we refer strictly to Poseidon Studios and our official services.

🛑 Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued if a bug, caused by Poseidon Scripts, is present and we are unable or unwilling to resolve it.
• If a product update introduces a bug, no refunds will be issued as updates are provided free of charge.
• No refunds will be given if the product functions as intended.
• Ensure compatibility before purchasing. We will not refund any compatibility issues.
• Open a ticket for multiple purchases or questions.

🛠 Support & Assistance

• Support is available solely for customers who have purchased scripts from our official Tebex shop. We will not offer any support to non-verified customers. A non-verified customer is a user who does not have the respective role in our Discord server.
• No support is provided for modified scripts or third-party alterations.
• Our support covers installation and bug fixes, but not custom modifications.
• If any disrespectful behavior or insults are directed at us, we reserve the right to restrain access to our Discord server, and support will be terminated immediately.

🔒 Sales & Distribution

• Scripts can only be purchased from our official Tebex shop.
• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing our scripts on other platforms is strictly prohibited.
• We are not responsible for scripts bought from third-party sites or transferred from another user.

🏗 Script Security & Configuration

• All scripts are encrypted through the Tebex Escrow system.
• Each script that requires customization includes a config file.
• Bypassing, decrypting, or modifying the encryption is strictly prohibited.

🚨 Violation & Consequences

• Violating any of these rules may result in a ban from our services and revocation of script access.
• Offenders will be reported to Tebex for further action.
• We reserve the right to deny future purchases to violators.

⚠️ Disclaimer & Legal Agreement

• By purchasing a script, you agree to the terms set forth by Poseidon Scripts.
• We reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time.
• All terms are subject to change without notice.
• You are bound by the updated terms once you make a purchase.
• If you disagree with the terms, please refrain from purchasing.
• Any significant modification to the terms will be followed by a notification on our Discord server.
• If you continue to use our products after a said notification, you agree to the modified terms.

💼 Liability Clause

• Poseidon Scripts is not responsible for any data loss, damage, or loss of functionality caused by using our scripts.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data corruption or loss of business.
• By purchasing and using our scripts, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any scripts at any time without prior notice or compensation.

📝 Usage Restrictions

• Scripts purchased from Poseidon Scripts are for use only within the context of RedM servers and may not be used for any other purpose without explicit permission.
• Scripts cannot be used in violation of the RedM Terms of Service or any other applicable laws.
• Users are prohibited from using the scripts in a manner that could harm other users, violate server rules, or affect the stability of the server.

🔍 Audit Rights

• Poseidon Scripts reserves the right to audit any installation of our scripts to ensure compliance with these terms.
• We may take action, including but not limited to revoking access to the script or reporting violations to Tebex, if violations are found.
• We may require evidence of script installation to confirm that terms are being followed.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration in Romanian Courts)

• Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of Poseidon Scripts products shall be settled by binding arbitration in the courts of Romania.
• The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the laws of Romania, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
• Any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be settled through litigation in Romanian courts.

💡 Intellectual Property Rights Indemnification Clause

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poseidon Scripts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or distribution of the scripts, including any claims related to intellectual property rights infringement.
• You acknowledge that any modifications or misuse of the scripts may lead to legal consequences for which Poseidon Scripts will not be liable.

🔄 Severability Clause

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• The invalid provision shall be modified or replaced to reflect the original intent as closely as possible.

🔄 Transfer of Rights

• Poseidon Scripts reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate its rights and obligations under these terms to third parties at its discretion.
• You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without Poseidon Scripts' prior written consent.
